Powell Landscape Architecture is a full-service landscape architecture firm, located in Austin, TX, with projects ranging from residential and commercial landscape architecture to park and plaza design. PLA acts as both a traditional landscape architecture firm as well as operating as a design build firm.
The successful candidate should be committed to high-quality design while managing projects both in office and in the field.
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
- Support team with conceptual design, 3-D modeling and construction documents for various project types
- Produce landscape architectural designs, construction drawings and accurate project detailing
- Layout and coordinate project design with project foreman
- Face to face relationship with clients and client interaction
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree from an accredited Landscape Architecture program or similar degree.
- Minimum 0-3 years of previous experience. Experience not needed, but office experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, In-Design, Sketch-up and Microsoft office.
- Ability to communicate with project team members and clients.
- Ability to handle 3-4 projects simultaneously
